Refund policy

We believe in superior customer service. If you aren't satisfied with your order please contact us at shop@gingersweetgatherings.com so that we can assist you. Happy customers are extremely important to us as a small business. 

GingerSweet Gatherings will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of purchase. Days 1-14 will receive a refund to the original form of payment. Days 15-30 will receive store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Our return policy covers most products in new condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon receiving the item in original condition, the customer will receive a refund for the value of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If item is received broken or damaged, the customer is responsible for item replacement and/or no refund. Please send us an email with the reason for the return and we will send further instruction for submitting the return. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return undesired items back to Vineland, NJ.
